LabelWriter, to most every other label format – or print
directly on envelopes. Just click to call any contact,
to send email to single or multiple contacts, or to
generate a MapQuest map for any contact location.

type any CardScan contact’s name in an email’s

detects duplicate contact records. Just click

contact to view both records, side by side, and
correct or delete duplicates as necessary. Of
course, you can still run the Duplicates Wizard
to have CardScan sort duplicates into exact,
compatible and conflicting duplicates. |

Update any
record by simply scanning the new card.
Scan any contact’s new business card into the
contact’s existing record, and CardScan
automatically enters new data in the appropriate
fields and replaces the old business card image
